When it is time to write the very first real post to this blog, what will the topic be related to? Obviously Chamonix. Homeboy, the Old Fart, is so stick with his Chamonix memories that can’t even start with a different topic..

Anyhow, take a look at the webcam of Chamonix right now. The webcam seems to be located on the top of Le Brevent. That’s a nice location for the webcam. Why nobody has set up a webcam in the backcountries? To places like Glacier D’Argentiere or Helbronner? There’s is probably even electricity connected to Helbronner due to cable car. May be Homeboy’s Ski Blog should take the first step..

Back to the topic. It looks good in Chamonix. Why I am sitting in this *&%$#@ office typing my laptop instead of tasting beer in La Choucas and watching Seth Morrinson’s skiing on wide screen?
