It has been an interesting year 2007. A couple of days more and it is history. Year 2008 is going to begin bringing new challenges. This has been an interesting year because I returned home from Switzerland after working there two years. I started a new interesting job in Finland and I am able to spend more time with my family. One reason for year 2007 being interesting is that I launched HomeboySki.Com in September. Since then I have been writing articles almost on daily basis. My articles have covered topics I am interested in. Soon after I started Janne joined and started writing his articles. Janne’s gear reviews have been popular and they form an important part of the incoming traffic. The most interesting articles have been

It is pretty clear that people are interested in gear reviews. So that is what we are going to provide next year. We are going to negotiate deals with vendors and dealers in order to get equipment for reviews. On top of gear reviews we will provide resort reviews and interesting articles on skiing, such as skiing in Kamchatka. We will continue movie reviews and book reviews, and we will perform a complete facelift in homeboyski.com. The facelift means that we will introduce a new blog theme with higher usability. It is going to be staggering!

On 2008 we will start looking for guest writers. If you are interested in publishing your articles, road-trip stories or anything interesting in our blog, drop us email. We will set up a campaign to find guest bloggers, so stay tuned!

All this and many other things are going to happen in 2008. Our humble goal is to become number one skiing blog in blogosphere and we know we can make it. Skiing is in our veins and we love writing about it, even though sometimes it is done 4am..
