The submission phase is open from October 1st, 2009 to January 31, 2010 and amateur as well as professional photographers are invited to submit their most breathtaking shots in ten categories including culture, playground, energy, spirit, close up, wings, sequence, new creativity, experimental and illumination. If you’re an aspiring photographer this is a good chance to publish your photos for the world to see.
