Nuit de la Glisse 2009 movie is coming out soon. World release of this movie is on November 26th, but you can see it already on October 30th in Annecy, France or on October 31st in Chamonix, France. It’s fall so is there a better way to get amped up for some skiing than watching some movies with skiing?
The notion of “glisse” was born among the crazy French in the end of 70s and since then they’ve been getting after it and spreading the world to the rest of the world. The new movie comes with array of sports such as surfing, skiing, snowboarding, skating, free-falling, speedriding and wingsuit flying, filmed all around the world.
The guys at Perfect Moment say that the name of the movie, “Instant” was inspired by the search of the perfect tenth of a second that the riders engage in while practising their sport. To me it seems like they’ve captured several of these “instants” in the movie and as photos. The riders list includes many cool names such as the Norwegian freerider Fred Syversen.
The movie can be seen in several real cinemas in French cities (Annecy, Dijon, Metz and Nantes), in Switzerland you can see the movie in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg and Neuchatel.

I’m especially intrigued to see some more speedflying action and can’t wait for the world release date of 26th November. Here are some pretty sick photos from Nuit de la Glisse.
