I saw an add on Facebook (!) of third similiar product. (Other than Jonas and ColdAvenger.) And back in the day I actually saw the Jonas things on downhill skiing slope. You know I absolutely hate the Hemohes- a.k.a. XC skiing - evenmore so than the commies and enviromentalist party ;) And that's a lot. Apparently there is competition in the field nowadays.

May be because I was not that much interested in XC skiing back in the 80s :) They seem to have at least one patent in US (383,537), but I guess the product never took off.
